Send the package dimensions and a short description of the contents. Say if it must stay upright or contains something delicate, so we can check suitability before collection.

For a birthday surprise or a thoughtful gesture, we need to know where and when the recipient can be reached. The gift can remain a surprise while you provide an available contact and arrival instructions.
