Here is what happens to your details and how we measure use of this website.
Your WhatsApp enquiry
The pickup and delivery addresses, date and description you enter are used to prepare a message in your browser. The message builder does not send these details to an email address or a website lead database.
When you choose to continue to WhatsApp, these details are included in a link that opens your prepared message in WhatsApp. You decide whether to send it. Only enter information needed to arrange the service, without sensitive document contents.
Information you send us on WhatsApp will be used to discuss, arrange and provide the service and respond to your enquiry. Using WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
Website measurement
The website counts general actions, such as viewing a page and opening the delivery builder, by language and service type. Counts are stored as daily totals for up to 180 days, without message details, delivery addresses or a personal visitor identifier.
Your browser can request no tracking through Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. This website’s measurement tools respect these requests. The hosting server may log technical data, such as network addresses and page requests, for operation and security.
Measurement with Google
When Google Ads or Google Analytics measurement is enabled on the website, we ask for your consent before loading the tools. They may receive information about page views, WhatsApp handoffs and ad referrals, and use cookies for measurement.
Pickup and delivery addresses and message content are not sent to these tools. Measurement does not confirm that a WhatsApp message was sent or that a delivery was booked.
You can decline measurement and still use the website and WhatsApp. When Google tools are active, the measurement preferences button in the footer lets you change your choice. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement but does not delete information already received by Google.
